Role Overview

Collaborate with our engineering team to build data-driven AI systems. You will work on writing prompts to extract data from websites, analyze and classify product information, and manage database storage for the processed results.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Write and refine LLM prompts to extract structured information from various websites (web scraping).
• Build simple AI classification workflows to analyze, tag, and categorize products and services.
• Set up and manage databases to store, organize, and query the scraped and classified product data.
• Evaluate prompt performance to ensure data is extracted and classified accurately.

Role Overview

Collaborate with our engineering team to build, evaluate, and scale autonomous AI systems that generate high-quality text and media content. You will work on model prompting, fine-tuning workflows, and integrating brand-voice consistency mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Experiment with prompt engineering and LLM system prompts for specific brand voices.
• Evaluate generated content quality using structured metrics and automated validation scripts.
• Assist in building robust fallback and monitoring mechanisms to ensure safe and accurate generation.
• Develop helper tools and internal dashboards to visualize content automation pipelines.

Role Overview

Focus on connecting state-of-the-art AI systems with standard enterprise SaaS applications. You will develop integration patterns using low-code tools (Zapier, Make) and custom API integrations to design seamless, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Design, build, and test automated pipelines using Make and Zapier.
• Write custom JavaScript/TypeScript scripts for complex data transformation and API handling.
• Implement security best practices for handling API keys, webhooks, and enterprise data transfers.
• Document integration patterns and create reusable templates for client onboarding.

Role Overview

Work at the intersection of AI development and system reliability. You will assist in optimizing model inference speed, managing compute resources, and building automated pipelines to deploy AI models securely.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing model latency and GPU/CPU resource utilization.
• Build and automate continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for ML applications.
• Set up alerts and automated test suites to identify regression issues early in development.
• Research and benchmark new inference servers and quantization techniques.

Help shape the future of our products by gathering insights, analyzing user workflows, and translating observations into actionable product specifications. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Conduct competitive analysis of AI platforms and low-code automated tools.
• Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, and product usage analytics.
• Draft clear product requirements and user journey maps for new features.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure user experience remains intuitive and accessible.

Role Overview

Support our growth efforts by executing multi-channel digital campaigns. You will coordinate social media outreach, track campaign analytics, and help position Subgradient Labs as a leader in enterprise AI automation.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Coordinate social distribution queues across LinkedIn, Twitter, and company channels.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
• Research trending topics in enterprise AI to guide our newsletter and blog strategy.
• Assist in preparing marketing collateral, case studies, and presentation slides.

Role Overview

Help tell the story of Subgradient Labs by creating engaging, educational, and high-quality written and visual content. You will write blogs, design simple graphics, and help draft our technical white papers.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Draft blog posts, social media copies, and newsletter articles.
• Design clean visual assets, diagrams, and screenshots for our publications.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate complex technical white papers into accessible summaries.
• Proofread and edit external-facing communications for clarity, consistency, and style.
